Mr. Hickey is the current president of the North Orange County Bar Association and is a pioneer in the use of technology in the courtroom.

Mr. Hickey completed his undergraduate degree at Fullerton College in 1992. He went on to pursue his legal education at the Western State University, graduating in 1996 with his Juris Doctor. He is licensed to practice law before all of the courts in California.
